This product promised to be the perfect solution for professional photographers who need to take high-quality, stunning photos in any situation. I was eager to put it to the test to see if it lived up to the hype.

First off, I must say that this product impressed me right out of the box. It was quick and easy to set up, and I love that it folds down easily for portability. The handle design made it a breeze to carry and install without needing any extra tools. It is the perfect size at 16x16 inches, a good balanced size for most items such as jewelry, small toys, arts and crafts, electronics, collectibles, and many more.

The most significant feature of the Photo Box 16" x 16" Quick Install Foldable Portable Studio Kit is the light. It has built-in 144 LED 25lm 2835 lamp beads with a CRI greater than or equal to 90, and a 3200-6500k color temperature. It comes in 3 colors, white light, soft light, and warm light, and has a 10-level adjustable brightness (1 percent - 100 percent). This product boasts that it has no strobe or flashing, and I found this to be very true. The brightness is times of ordinary light boxes, and the light diffuser that is included with the Light Box makes the photos much softer.

I tested the product out with some smaller items and was impressed with the quality of the photos. The particulate silver film reflective fabric inside the Photo Box diffuses the light evenly, and I found that there was no vignette, and the light-gathering effect was very good. This provides a perfect photo background for product photos, jewelry photos, food photography, even selfie photo and video recording. If you plan to use the Photo Box for a different use case, you can use the film fabric as a background to produce a more dramatic photo.

Additionally, the product comes with six replaceable color backdrops paper, which are double-sided, providing twelve different colors. This feature was great for product photography, and I was happy to have a white, black, and green background since these are standard and widely used backdrops. The multipurpose of the backdrops paper is also a better option than purchasing separate sheets that will take lots of wall space and aren’t portable.

One downside to the product is that the backdrops paper can wrinkle if not perfectly set up. I suggest adding a small piece of double-sided tape or doing some minor adjustments before placing the items. Another limitation, the light box is not easily replaceable, Hongbang does offer replacement parts but it may be difficult without technical knowledge. Although, it shouldn't be a concern since it is made of durable materials that won't likely damage with standard use.

The product's versatility and portability is fantastic, and the built-in LED lightings provide an even, soft, high-quality light that makes it perfect for product photoshoots, jewelry photoshoots, and even portraits. The multipurpose of the backdrops paper is a better option than buying separate sheets, making it a more cost-effective solution.
