However, is it worth investing in this product? Is it trustworthy? Here is a comprehensive review based on my experience with this product.

To begin with, this device is a high-speed reader that claims to transfer RAW images and HD video recordings super-fast, with a USB 3.1 Gen2 data transfer rate of 10 Gbps. Its dual-slot feature that works with both CFexpress Type B and SD memory cards supports hot-swapping and plug & play, eliminating the need for external power sources. Similar to most memory card readers in the market, this product is compatible with different devices, be it your MacBook Pro, PC, laptop, Android phone, or iOS device running iOS13 or above.

On the surface, this product seems like a good candidate for facilitating data transfers quickly and efficiently. However, after testing it out for myself, I was quickly disappointed. Firstly, the build quality of this product is sub-standard. Although it is designed to be durable, the reader's protective cover feels very flimsy and can quickly break off. Secondly, the USB C to USB C cable it comes with is incredibly short, making it challenging to plug into certain devices. As a result, it can easily be knocked out of place and cause file transfers to be interrupted.

Lastly, the customer service experience was underwhelming. Unfortunately, this quality of service is not uncommon among small-scale product distributors. The company did not respond to any inquiries from email and social media channels. When I tried to contact them via phone, the phone rang out, and no one picked up.
