This neck cooling fan promised to be a game-changer in personal cooling technology, and I had to see it for myself.

After trying this neck cooling fan out for myself, I can say that it certainly lives up to its claims. I like that it's hands-free, so I can use it while doing other activities. Additionally, being able to wear it around my neck means it won't get in the way or fall off. The only issue I found was that the cooling effect is much more noticeable when you’re in a room temperature of 70F or more, so on cooler days, it doesn’t have as much of an impact.

Overall, the NORMIA RITA Portable AC Cooler Fan is a solid choice for anyone looking for a personal cooling solution. However, it's worth noting that it comes at a premium price point, which may be off-putting to any buyers on a budget. It's also worth considering that it doesn't work as well in cooler temperatures, but on those hot summer days, it's a handy gadget to have around.
